When a Warp Counter is removed from Bel Dat, your opponent puts the top 2 cards of their deck into the Break Zone. This effect will trigger only if Bel Dat is removed from the game.
When Bel Dat enters the field, choose 1 Forward in your opponent's Break Zone. Remove it from the game. You can cast it as though you owned it at any time you could normally cast it.
